We are currently accepting donations of pre-loved clothing, toys, working kitchen appliances, crockery, small furniture items, tools, baby paraphernalia, camping gear, sporting goods etc.



Drop Off Times for White Elephant, Pre-Loved Clothing, Baby & Kids Stalls

Please deliver your items to the school hall between 2pm and 4pm on the following days:

Drop Off Times for Book Stall
Children are encouraged to bring in pre-loved books to be sold. Books should be brought in by Friday 16 March.

Please bring your book donations to your child's classroom. The class who collectively donates the most books each week receives a prize!


Class Raffle Baskets

Families have the option of either contributing an item to the class themed basket, or donating a family pack to be sold (eg, cooking pack, chill-out pack). Please provide items for the baskets before Friday 16 March.

Garden Stall

We would love donations of plants, herbs, vegetables, pots, potting mix etc. Please drop off items to the school hall by Sunday 18 March.


Jewellery Stall

Please drop any donations of pre-loved jewellery to the front office by Thursday 22 March.


Chocolate Toss Stall

Please drop any chocolate bars, blocks or boxes to the front office by Friday 23 March. 


Scones for Devonshire Tea Stall

Our 'oh-so-kind' scone bakers should please deliver their delicious scones to the school on Friday 23 March, or directly to the stall by 10am on the morning of the Fete.


Cake Stall

Unfortunately we are unable to sell any goodies that require refrigeration, or will spoil/melt easily. Allergy-free goodies (gluten, dairy, egg) are highly sought after. Please ensure you list all ingredients with your items.

Our talented bakers should please deliver their delicious cakes, slices, biscuits, savoury muffins, snacks, jams, preserves & chutneys to the school on Friday 23 March, or directly to the stall by 10am on the morning of the Fete.

Raffle Tickets

Tickets were due back to school, sold or unsold by Friday 9 March. Please continue to return them to the front office - As our raffle is a licenced event ALL BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED.


Value Tickets

Order forms were sent home with the children in Week 2. You can order with the school's Qkr payment app or send cash into the office ($12). Orders must be placed by Friday 16 March please. Our Fete Team volunteers are selling tickets at pick up time under cover at the Black Top during this week. Last day for selling after school is Friday 16 March.
